Once you have established the current marketing indicators and your school’s market positioning, the next step is to agree the key marketing objectives for your school in the short, medium and long term and set the strategy for achieving these objectives.
Ingenious Marketing will help you draw up a twelve-month marketing activity plan in line with the marketing objectives identified. We would suggest the following: A working session at which we supply draft marketing objectives and strategy for discussion and agreement; a draft plan is drawn up based on positioning, strategy and objectives Following the working session Ingenious Marketing will then supply:
• A finished plan with approximate costings where appropriate (e.g. prospectus, website etc)
• An activity plan template for school to use in future years
